How to use
For a professional whitening results, apply daily for 30-45 minutes for 7-14 days.

Thoroughly dry your teeth before use. Peel the protective film from the larger strip. Press the adhesive side of the larger strip onto your upper teeth. Repeat the same with the smaller strip for your lower teeth. Leave the strips on for 30 minutes. Remove the strips and brush your teeth.
